These terms apply to the Frameloop private beta. By installing or using the beta, you agree to them.
Frameloop is pre-release software provided for evaluation and creator feedback. Features, model availability, pricing estimates, file formats, and compatibility may change. Keep independent copies of media that matters to you.
The beta connects to fal.ai using an API key you provide. Frameloop is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by fal.ai. Your fal.ai account, balance, charges, generated outputs, and provider-side processing are governed by fal.ai terms.
You are responsible for protecting your provider credentials and for charges resulting from requests you submit. Price displays in Frameloop are estimates based on published provider information and may not reflect taxes, provider changes, or unusual request characteristics.
You retain whatever rights you already hold in media and prompts you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, transform, and generate from that content. Frameloop does not grant rights to third-party brands, people, music, artwork, or other protected material.
Do not use Frameloop for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or non-consensual content. Do not impersonate people, evade provider safeguards, interfere with the service, or submit credentials that you are not authorized to use. fal.ai acceptable-use rules also apply to remote generation.
The beta is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular output. Remote models can fail, change, or produce unexpected results. To the extent permitted by law, Frameloop is not responsible for provider charges, lost creative opportunity, or indirect loss arising from beta use.
We may suspend beta access to protect users, the service, or third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your jurisdiction.
